【大倉摩矢子　舞踏の稽古　2月】Mayako Okura Butoh Training February

ここでの舞踏の稽古は一人一人が、からだの無限の可能性の鉱脈を掘り進めていきます。私が一方的に伝えるのではなく、一人一人の体の内奥から生まれてくる舞踏。倦まず弛まず継続することが大切な場です。

そのため、
行ける時だけ時々参加する、他の予定があり参加できないことが多々ある、色々な講師や分野のワークショップに参加している内の一つとして時々参加する、という関わり方では深めていくことが難しいです。意識のハードルは高めですが、大事なのは一人一人の意識と自由意志。稽古は結構楽しいです。
