【大倉摩矢子　舞踏の稽古】

【参加条件】　
少なくとも1年間は、他のワークショップには参加せず、ここだけに集中して舞踏の稽古を続けられる人。
経験•年齢•性別は不問です。

意識のハードルは高いですけど、稽古は結構楽しいです。私も精一杯舞踏をお伝えします。

【稽古場所】
さいたま市大宮近郊

【稽古日程•時間帯】
・月に3回〜4回
・午後、または、夜の時間帯で、一回の稽古は約3時間。
・ヨガと呼吸法をベースにした舞踏のための体づくりの時間も含みます。

【Mayako Okura Butoh training】

◆Conditions for participation.
Must be able to continue to practise butoh for at least one year, concentrating solely on this workshop and not on other workshops.
Experience - age - gender is not required.

The awareness hurdle is high, but the practice is quite fun. I will do my best to share butoh with you.

◆Training place.
Suburbs of Omiya, Saitama City.

◆Practice schedule and times.
・Three to four times a month.
・The practice is held in the afternoon or evening, and each practice lasts about three hours.
・Includes time for body-building for Butoh based on yoga and breathing techniques.

◆Participation fee.
3,000 yen per session.
